You should receive an order confirmation immediately after completing your purchase. If not, please log in to your account and verify that you used the correct email address. Sometimes, the confirmation email may be filtered into your spam folder.
You will receive the tracking number at the email address you provided at the time of purchase once your order has been shipped. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
We are currently shipping with BPOST, which delivers within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You can return an item if it has not been worn, in its original packaging, and within 14 days from the order date.
You can return an item purchased online via our return center.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item online.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This includes all shipping details and delivery addresses.
We accept returns on all our orders, subject to shipping fees based on your country, and we guarantee a refund for items that have not been worn or washed when returned in impeccable condition, with the receipt and original packaging.
You will receive your refund within 30 business days following the receipt of the returned item. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
