If there is a valid reason why you are not happy with your product (size is too big, product is damaged, non-compliant product, etc.), you have 14 days upon receiving your order to let us know about the problem.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that returned products must be in a like-new condition, without any wear and be in its original packaging.
The shoe box is not considered a shipping package. Please place it inside a carton for shipment.

As soon as we’ve received your package, we will then verify the state of the product and start the refund process for the product.
The refund for your product(s) can either be made as a direct refund to your account.
As a reminder, the return costs are fully charged to the consumer (including customs fees).
